Sandy and her team at Elite have provided outstanding management to our condominium corporation.  As a long-serving Treasurer of our Condo Corp. and a Chartered Accountant, I’ve seen first-hand her ability to manage the corporation’s finances, including the quotes, negotiations, contracts, service levels and quality.  Her ability to stay on top of issues and ensure timely responses is truly remarkable and she handles sensitive issues with tactic and professionalism.   Sandy is truly outstanding, and we are fortunate to have her looking after our Condo!
