I’ve had the privilege of working with Sandy Mateu and Elite Condo Management for just over six years. During that time, Sandy has impressed me with her knowledge of Condominium regulations as well as her ability to address any issues professionally and capably. One of the wisest moves Tom LePage of LePage Property Management was to hire Sandy Mateu, in the early 2000’s. Sandy had been working for a competitor, but she competently handled all the other condos in Tom’s portfolio, while he concentrated on Lighthouse Point. Today Tom is retired, although he is doing some consulting. Sandy has established Elite Condominium Management. How Sandy keeps all her condo clients happy, deals with the problems and pet peaves of Owners, and arranges contracts with the myriad of contractors, with only one employee Ella Steudel, continually amazes me. It is comforting to accept the responsibility of President of Whisperwoods Condominium, knowing that Sandy has everything under control, and the accounting details are carefully prepared by Ella. Also, as a REALTOR, Elite Condominium Management are among the fastest Management Companies to prepare the Status Certificates that we need for every sale.
